Accepting these terms
These terms are the conditions for using navarchiva.online; if they are not acceptable to you, please leave the site. When the terms change, the date shown at the top of this page changes with them.
What the site provides
The site offers general information about information architecture, free browser-based planning tools and details of our consulting services. The information is general in nature. It does not take account of your organisation's circumstances and is not legal, accessibility compliance or search engine advice for your specific situation.
The guides
We research the guides carefully and cite our sources, but guidance from search engines, standards bodies and regulators changes. We do not promise that every guide is complete, current or free of error at the moment you read it. Check the sources linked from each guide before relying on them for an important decision.
Nothing on the site guarantees search rankings, traffic, legal compliance or any other outcome.
The planning tools
The tools run in your browser and produce suggestions from what you enter. You are responsible for checking their output before you use it, including any addresses, sitemap drafts or briefs they produce. The tools are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or free of faults.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share links to pages on this site for personal or work purposes. You must not:
- copy substantial parts of the site and republish them as your own,

Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics of this site belong to Navarchiva or its licensors. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence. The contact form uses PHPMailer under the GNU Lesser General Public Licence. Platform and product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Files you download from the tools contain your own input and are yours to use as you wish.
Paid work
Consulting projects are governed by the written quote and any terms attached to it. If a quote and these terms conflict, the quote applies to that project.
Links to other websites
Each guide points to outside sources so readers can verify what we say. Those sites are run by others; we cannot answer for their content, and linking to them is not an endorsement.
Liability
Rights that the Australian Consumer Law gives you, and that cannot lawfully be removed, are not affected by anything on this page. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the free information or tools on this site, or from your reliance on them. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant information again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
